As a Montessori Kids Universe Franchisee, you’ll have the dedicated support of our team of support experts. Our experienced team will help you establish goals and provide a myriad of tools to achieve them. We are here for you every step of the way—from site selection to Grand Opening and beyond.

Site Selection Support

We’ll help you find the ideal space for your school.

Coordinated through our Director of Real Estate our national real estate team will use demographic data along with years of commercial real estate experience to help you select the ideal site for your franchise. Your future school can be purchased or leased. To fit the needs of your community, it can be developed as a new building, a retrofit of an existing structure or within a shopping center or office park.

Financing Support

We’ll help you find the lending solution that’s right for you.

Our financial lending team is here to work with you from site selection through loan closing. We’ll leverage our strong relationships with our lenders to help you secure financing. They will guide you to develop your loan package and help to review your business plan before submitted to lenders.

Construction

We take the burden out of building your Academy.

Our MKU architect, with his vast knowledge and experience in the childcare sector, he will help you navigate the development process to keep your project moving- from creating your concept plans to architectural plans, he will advise you on the construction process.

 

Initial Support

Setting you up for confidence from day one (and beyond).

Your training will start right away. By the time your school opens you will have a strong knowledge of systems and MKU best practices. You will meet weekly or more with the support team months before your school opens. This initial support will begin by zoom meetings or calls. All systems, software and trainings will begin very early in the process.

Marketing

Localized support with the power of a national brand.

Our MKU marketing group will help develop a customized marketing strategy and develop a plan to drive enrollment throughout your first year of operation—and every year after. You will have assistance with marketing strategies, new technologies, digital advertising, innovations and expertise.

Support After Opening

Ongoing advice from our team of experts.

Your support consultant will visit your school regularly to provide additional training and share best practices in education, operations and marketing. During the first year you will have weekly scheduled meetings, both virtually and/or in-person. Each month you will benefit from webinars covering specific topics designed to assist your school in following highest and best practices.
